The historical precinct of Addiriyah is one of the most important national heritage sites of Saudi Arabia, being the capital of the First Saudi State. It is a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site, inscribed in 2010.

Cultural Innovations began working with the Arriyadh Development Authority (ADA) in April 2011 on the content review and development of the galleries and exhibitions in the At-Turaif World Heritage Site. Cultural Innovations managed the development of all the content and collections for the individual museums, including the development of new exhibits to widen appeal to new audiences, particularly young people, families and schools.
