In addition to providing direct museological advice to the client organisation and managing the content development, Cultural Innovations worked with the architects from the outset to define and realise the architectural programme and then developed the plan for 9,000 m² of galleries covering the history of Saudi Arabia from prehistoric times to the present day.

With follow-on assignments, we developed an operational plan for staffing and programme development for the National Museum.  The museum has acted as a catalyst for the urban regeneration of this part of Riyadh, incorporating a public square, park, library and other institutions.
